A B O U T

Hi, I'm Allisa and I am the face behind Letters & Bliss! I started Letters & Bliss out of the pure love of all things personalized and custom made! When I'm not lettering, I try to travel as much as I can with my life and travel partner, my boyfriend, Shawn! He likes to call himself Bliss in Letters & Bliss because I definitely couldn't do all this without him! (He does all the pricing math things and not fun stuff!)

I first learned how to write in cursive in the 2nd grade. My cousin, who was in 3rd grade, was learning it in her class and was so excited for it that she taught me and I fell in love. Ever since then, I have always enjoyed making cards out of construction paper and letter on them for all occasions.

 It wasn't until October of 2015 I found modern calligraphy and it's changed my life forever! I love perfecting every single letter no matter what the project is, whether it's a seating chart, an envelope or even a mug. 

Since then, I have worked and met with so many great people whether it was for project opportunities, mentorship or just making new friends in this wonderful creative industry!
